  • Account Data: Your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password.
  • Character Data: All stats, traits, and inventory processed by the REV 012 Engine.
  • Usage Data: Basic logs to help us squash bugs in the Alpha 0.2 build.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the functionality of the toolkit. We do not sell your soul—or your data—to third-party advertisers. Specifically:

  • Authentication and access to the "High Hall" (Admin Dashboard).
  • Generating physical PDF character sheets via our `fill-pdf.php` processor.
  • Powering dynamic features like the Initiative Tracker and Character Persistence.

3. Security & Protection

Security is a primary focus for the 0.2 release. We utilize industry-standard practices to protect your scrolls:

Passwords are never stored in plain text. We utilize the Bcrypt hashing algorithm to ensure your credentials remain unreadable even in the event of a database breach.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use session-based cookies to keep you logged in as you navigate between the Compendium and your Character Sheet. These cookies expire once you "Return to the Surface" (Log Out) or close your browser session.

Alpha 0.2 Disclaimer

During the Alpha phase, we may utilize third-party APIs (such as the Gemini API for experimental Discord bot features) to enhance the user experience. By using these features, you acknowledge that data may be processed according to those third-party standards.
