Terms of Service

By accessing or using Dack's DND Tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. As this is currently in **Alpha Version 0.2**, terms are subject to change as the platform evolves.

To access certain features like Character Saving and the Admin Dashboard, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Ensuring that your Display Name does not violate community standards or impersonate others.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The data provided in the Compendium and Character Sheet is derived from the **5th Edition System Reference Document (SRD)** provided by Wizards of the Coast LLC.

• This toolkit is an unofficial resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.
• Your custom character data belongs to you; however, by using the Service, you grant us the right to store this data on our servers to provide the intended features.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass security measures or access the Admin Hall without authorization.
• Automating the registration process or scraping the Compendium database via bots.
• Using the Service to distribute malicious code or engage in harassment.
